Who we are:
DBP Construction is a joint venture partnership between Dewey Commercial Construction, and Penntex Construction Management. The main players in the partnership are Tony Lore from the Dewey side, and the owners of Penntex: Brian Belcher and John Pregmon. Thus the name DBP = Dewey, Belcher, Pregmon.
DBP was started a few years ago in 2005 to develop the project Station Square in Upper Gwyned, PA
There we built 30 buildings and a clubhouse, as well as a retail strip mall to serve the residents, all right next to the train tracks for an easy commute to center city. The project has been a complete success, and we are now in the final stages of completing the last 4 buildings.
Voorhees Town Center is our current project and consists of 11 residential buildings: 3 Condominium, 4 apartment, and 4 retail with apartments above. All told there will be 425 units and over 60,000 leasable space. The retail space is to be owned and managed by Pensylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) which owns the Echelon Mall adjacent to the project. The whole complex is renamed to Voorhees Town Center, and is being marketed as a regional mall, and apartment community. For more information about ammenities and leasing, go to: Abitare Apartments
